Short description of work at the UN:
Doris Angst, M.A., DAS in Law, has specialized on the protection against discrimination and on minority rights and will observe the UN activities in these fields. She was the longtime director of the Swiss Federal Commission against Racism and is the Swiss deputy expert at the European Commission against Intolerance ECRI. She teaches at the University of Applied Sciences/Social Work in Berne/Switzerland and has recently published on the history of the ICERD and the European Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.
